§ 12-16. Massaging patron who exhibits certain skin conditions.

No massage technician shall administer a massage to a patron of a massage parlor who exhibits any skin fungus, skin infection, skin inflammation or skin eruption, unless a physician duly licensed by the commonwealth certifies that such person may be safely massaged and prescribes the conditions therefor.
