§ 12-7. Records of treatment.

Every massage parlor operator shall keep a record of the date and hour of each treatment given a patron, the name and address of the patron and the name of the technician administering the treatment. Such record shall be open to inspection by the county administrator, or his designee, and law enforcement officers of the county.
