§ 1-6. Provisions of Code considered continuations of prior ordinances.

Latest version.

The provisions of this Code, so far as they are, in substance, the same as the provisions of the previous Botetourt County Code and ordinances adopted subsequent to such Code shall be considered to be continuations thereof and not new enactments.
