§ 22-6. Portable pools to be emptied when not in use.

Latest version.

All portable outdoor swimming pools less than eight (8) feet in diameter or length and not subject to the provisions of this chapter for barrier requirements shall be emptied when not in actual use. This provision shall not apply during a temporary absence of two (2) hours or less from the pool.
