Chapter 22. SWIMMING POOLS

§ 22-3. Violations of chapter.

Latest version.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment in jail for thirty (30) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
