Chapter 22. SWIMMING POOLS

§ 22-4. Barrier requirements.

It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, maintain, use, possess or control any swimming pool on any property in the county without having an approved barrier meeting the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, Section AG105 (Virginia Residential Code) or subsequent sections as amended.
